I am trying to find out if the Z2 Mini Rack Tray Support (1A4W4AA) can be mounted in a standard, 2 post 19" rack.

unfortunately there are several so called standards for 19in racks the most common i rack cabinet

 

is typically 42u in height, 600 millimeters (24 in) wide, and 36 inches (914.40 mm) deep

 

please confirm your rack matches the above dimensions

I am using a 7.5', 2 post, 19" rack.  Not a cabinet.  I believe the rack mounting options are designed for a 4 post cabinet.
