HP Recommended

We have several HP Z4 workstations with HP-81C5-MVB motherboards, running mostly on Ubuntu 22.04. As we were trying to upgrade some of the machines with additional RAM, we experienced, that some of the RAM types only work on one machine. The machine that accepts the RAM is running on an older BIOS version, on all the other machines with up to date BIOS version, the additional RAM is no recognized. The RAM type is 16GB Cruical with 3200MHz and 32GB Corsair with 2666MHz. Is this a known issue and does it has to do with BIOS version, as this is the only obvious difference?

Edit: It seems, that the BIOS version is the issue. When upgraded on the newest BIOS version, the RAM also stops working in the only PC that could run it.
