Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

RAM stuck at 2.11GB as usable on HP 280 G2 MT even with 12 GB of RAM..Don't know how to change the video memory. No option to change it on BIOS. Updated both firmware and BIOS.Kindly help...

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to do this...

 

Run the msconfig utility.

 

Click on the Boot tab.

 

Click on the Advanced Options button

 

If the Maximum Memory box is checked, uncheck it.

 

Close the utility and restart the PC.
