Product: HP Z8 G4 RCTO Base Model Workstation

My windows 11 Workstation is configured with raid 5(parity) with 4 x10 TB harddisk, enabeing roughly 28 TB of free diskspace. However write speed to the partition is way below expected speeds, in fact on smaller size files even as slow as 28Kb/s Read speed is good I guess (see image). Any idea on what to do/check?
Disks are new BTW
