I am a hp prodesk 400 g4 sff user and I am confused that whether it supports dual channel ram or not and if yes then how I can enable it in bios.Secondly I want to ask that  can I put 2666mhz and 3200mhz ram together? Will it affect the performance?

Your PC has two memory slots according to the specs.

There is no such thing as dual channel memory.

Memory is memory.

Single and dual channel is how the memory runs.

Memory runs in single channel mode when there is a memory chip installed in only one of the two memory slots or if you install mismatched memory capacities in both slots (for example 8 GB + 4 GB).

The only way memory will run in dual channel mode in your PC is if you install the memory in matching capacities in both slots (2 x 4 GB, 2 x 8 GB).

You can install a DDR4-3200 memory chip in your PC, and it will automatically bridge to 2666 MHz because that is as fast as your PC's processor can run the memory at if your notebook has an Intel Core i5 or higher processor.

Otherwise, both memory chips will run at 2400 MHz.
