Not really sure what you are asking for..... there is such a thing as being too brief. I'm usually the opposite....
HP/Compaq has a business end of their lines of computers one step down from the workstation end. There is a common set of 6200/8200 and 6300/8300 which are very similar within each of those two. We have some of the 6300/8300 types. You can find them by searching for the Pro or Elite names.... for example 6200 Pro or 8200 Elite/ 6300 Pro or 8300 Elite. There are several form factors: Ultra Slim Desktop, Small Form Factor, and a Convertible MiniTower.... USDT, SFF, CMT.
For what I think you have:

I always update BIOS to the latest.... and in these if you have a very old version of BIOS you need to "step up" to a later version before you can finally fully update to the latest version.

If you do a google search for "6200 Pro SFF QuickSpecs" you will find good info. The later the HP QuickSpecs version the better the info. These workstations can all accept eBay used proper upgraded processors which now are cheap.
I personally would choose the 8300 Elite SFF or CMT or MiniTower version over any of the other 3, and have one of those that I have upgraded in the past. Much of its BIOS is like the ZX20 generation of workstations. You can put in a nice 3rd generation Core i7-3770 into these 3 form factors.... see bottom of page 6:

Always upgrade to the latest BIOS before any processor upgrade. Don't put in a new processor that is not functional under an old version of BIOS. Can of worms if you do.....
