For anyone trying to install the "HP ProLiant Integrated Lights-Out Management Interface Driver" on Windows Server 2016, when I tried to run the installer I got the error message: "The OS is not supported."

So, instead of clicking install, click extract and extract the contents to a folder.

Then, from device manager, right click the device, "update driver software", "Browse my computer for driver software" and select the folder that the package was extracted to.

This installed the driver correctly.
