Hey Paul I am having the same exact issue with my HP Compaq Pro 6200 Microtower  

 

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3D&SUBSYS_1497103C&REV_04 

 

I tried various other drivers that have been provided for others but they didn't work. I am assuming there may be a more updated driver for my model? 

 

Any help would be greatly appreaciated!

Hi:

 

You need this driver...

 

This package contains the Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) Driver for supported models running a supported operating system.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp69501-70000/sp69506.exe

 

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows support for the hardware ID you posted...
