I stupidly switched off option ROM on my graphics card and now get 3.3 error and no video so cannot enter BIOS to correct. I have tried to reset CMOS to factory default but it changes nothing. There are no passwords but I zeroed those in case using the jumper. Is there any way I can recover my system?

if this is the onboard INTEGRATED video you can install a discrete pci-e video card and it should then use that as the primary display allowing you to change the bios's option rom for onboard video back
if that fails
you will have to hope someone with the same system will take the time to create a step by step file describing the necessary order of keypresses to enter the bios and change the setting back
lesson learned,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,before changing a setting GOOGLE what said setting does!!!
using the ready "fire" aim method of playing with settings can have bad results as you have learned
