Is it possible to replace hp Z8 G4 work station processor from intel silver 4114 to
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2920X (12-Core/24-Thread) Processor 4.3 GHz Max Boost 38MB Cache (YD292XA8AFWOF)
if it’s yes let me know which are the other elements need to change

sure you can,.....all you have to do is replace all the parts and traces on a intel motherboard with the AMD threadripper parts
then you need to replace the HP Z8 case with one that fits the threadrippers motherboard I/O port locations and presto a it's done...
however in the real world the above is not going to happen,....you want a threadripper system? then you are going to have to buy such a system as the AMD/Intel platforms are not interchangeable so the answer to your question is "NO"
