Rumore ventola posteriore

Ho appena acquistato questo pc, ma dalla prima accensione sento un rumore non fastidioso ma comunque non mi sembra normale che viene dal di dietro dello schermo. Mi sono fatto anche sostituire il pc con uno nuovo ma anche questo fa lo stesso rumore e vorrei sapere se è normale e quindi non mi devo preoccupare. Il rumore è come quello di una ventola che gira a bassissimi giri e ogni secondo sembra che acceleri per poi il secondo successivo decelera. E' un rumore cupo: fa più o meno cosi 'voom'...'voom'...'voom..ogni secondo. Spero di essere stato chiaro ed essermi fatto capire. E' normale questo tipo di rumore? grazie.
