I've been entering the serial number for our server in https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04 to look up its purchase date and other information about it. The subsequent screen, https://www.dell.com/support/search/us/en/04#q= (my server's serial number) &sort=relevancy&f:langFacet=[en], states that zero results were found. I've tried this in Firefox and Internet Explorer. I've been able to get results for every other serial number I've entered.

I then entered the serial number into https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04?app=products&~ck=mn. The subsequent screen, https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04?app=products&~ck=mn, stated "There is no match for that Service Tag or product ID. Please try again, auto-detect or choose from all products".

I've tried this in Firefox and Internet Explorer. I've been able to get results for every other serial number I've entered.

I also entered the serial number into https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty, choosing Unites States as my region. The subsequent screen, https://support.hp.com/us-en/unknownwarranty, stated "HP was unable to find a match based on the information provided" I then entered the serial number and product number, 600425-005, into this screen, https://support.hp.com/us-en/unknownwarranty, again choosing United States as my region. The subsequent screen, https://support.hp.com/us-en/error?errorType=500, stated "We're Sorry HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable." I repeated these steps over the course of the past two days, entering the product number as "600425-005" and as "600425005", and got the same result in Firefox and Internet Explorer.

How can I look up this machine?

Hi:

HP split into two companies a few years ago.
