Hi
I'm getting the following error when trying to shadow a T520 thin client from HP Device Manager
ErrorCode 14004112 Error Detail: Set VNC password failure. I have tried to push vnc settings with no luck. Not sure why I'm getting this error

Hello Dmanrez1,
Please send agent update first. Then send the VNC enable without password and test VNC. If it works, you re-enable VNC with password again. If you have the Thin client on a different Subnet, try to do a Reverse Shadow.
