I'm trying to remotely silent update BIOS on HP 260 G2 and HP 260 G3 computers but I can't find command line switches/utility for this.
HP DM 260 G2 System BIOS files comes with "sp139414.EXE" file that can extract a bin file but no command line switches...
HP DM 260 G3 files comes with "HPWINGUI.exe" but no command line switches too...
How can I update BIOS on this models?

The sp139414.exe app is a windows app that can
-update the bios directly using a windows GUI app.
-create a bootable UEFI flash drive that runs a lightweight OS to to do the update
-store the binary (rom image) so that the BIOS can be told to load the file and install it.
There are no command line options
For a remote install you need (I am guessing) a remote management tool like HP touchpoint (IT management software). I have never used that tool nor any HP management tools. Perhaps some of our experts here like @Paul_Tikkanen might know.
I suspect you can use remote desktop to access the remote systems and download that app and run the update. If they are not running windows professional then you will have to go onsite or obtain some remote management software that can talk to the UEFI.
If running windows home then splashtop or vnc can work. Obviously, someone has to be there to setup remote desktop or enable vnc or splashtop.

the HP SPxxxx.exe files are self extracting compressed files you need to run the exe
(or use winzip/winrar on the SP file) then go to the extracted folder, in that folder will be the actual bios updater program, try running the extracted SPxxxxx.exe with the /?
example: sp139414 /?
