Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Greetings,
I used my DeckLink Duo card in Media Express and noticed that the sound was disappearing at the output.
I played the video to the DeckLink Duo (2) output and fed that signal to the DeckLink Duo (1) input.
After some time, the sound from the video disappeared, and the video continued without sound. I have updated the firmware of the card and also tried different versions, but the problem persists
My PC is HP Z4 G5. Please help me

Contact Blackmagic Design Support Center for this. You will probably get beter support directly from BMD since the card/software/drivers are from BMD.
