Product: HP Z400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hallo everyone, I have bought HP Z400 with nvidia quadro 2000 graphics card from eBay. The seller format the HD and the system without OS now. I connect the Z400 DP port to a new HP f25 monitor with HDMI + adapter DP to HDMI. But the Z400 did not recognize the monitor and I have a black screen situation.

can you advice please

Yes the same cable was working between my laptop and the monitor.

it is solved now as I changed the cable to HDMI-DP cable, I think it was the adapter issue.

Is the cable known working on another machine?

Do you have another video card that you can plug in to see if that one works?
