Hello,

One of my user's HP ProDesk 400 G4 Base Model Microtower PC getting an message when it switch on as follow image;

Requesting a solution for this asap.

press yes and enter in the requested information

 

only the feature byte and build ID are hard to determine the others are easy to locate

 

Is there an easy way for me to locate the feature byte and build ID of HP devices?

 

You can sometimes find it by using Serial number at HP Partsufer:

http://pro-psurf-web-glb.austin.hp.com/Search.aspx

 

you can find the System Board CT Number on the system information screen.

while you could try the link below i recommend you contact your local HP service center or authorized agent and see what they have to say before trying to enter in the info yourself
