Hi there
We have a number of T430 thin clients which are deployed to work from home users
We have a update for our image which we want to push out to these users
The users which are connected via ethernet are able to update okay, but those on wifi the update fails
I have done some digging into this issue on a unit I have, and can see that when the update starts, the thin client reboots, then attempts to download the image from our server
because the unit is on wifi, when it reboots, the wifi disconnects, and doesnt reconnect during the update process
because if this it fails the download, and then fails the update process
I tried to enable caching for the update, but that fails with another error
"Error 1067008 failed to check the space"
and
"Memory is not enough for cached image operation"
Quick search online says to make sure the agent version is up to date, which it is
(did a agent update as a test, running version 4.7.3674.38734)
I have a support case open with HP, but looking for more help here as im sure im not the only one who has this problem?
