first of all T520's can have a internal mini pci express wifi card or the T520 plus can have a normal PCI-E full sized low profile card
windows 10 has many wireless card drivers built in and just about all of the semi current and most older Intel WLAN wireless cards are supported using the T520's HP certified Intel proset 20.0.2.3 driver package that's posted online in the T520 driver page so i'm not really sure what your actual question is
the optional Broadcom 802.11n 2x2 Wi-Fi Network Interface with Bluetooth using a PCI Express mini card with dual (2x2) internal antennas (usually used in the T520 Plus models) but can also be a mini pci-e card

personally, i recommend a newer Intel Dual Band 2x2 Wireless-AC 7260 based card (with bluetooth), they are available in several different configurations and require the newest intel ProSet driver (v23.xx.xxx)
