Every time I try to get a carepack for my laptop I get the following message "The following devices were identified but don't have an HP Care Pack available." on the carepack website (https://www.best2serve.com/en-gb/page/hp-care-pack-hp-laptop-results/#offer) after it scans my laptop for product details.

I notified a moderator to help. Possibly and agent will contact you but I do not know when.
