Product: HP Thin Client t530 AMD GX-212JC ThinPro OS
Operating System: Other
Hi there,
one of our users has a HP Thin Client t530 AMD GX-212JC with ThinPro OS on it.
We have 2 Screens connected via the 2 display ports.
I also wanted to connect an older projector via VGA.
Unfortunately VGA is not working. If i use the same cable on a laptop it is working on the projector. So that's not the issue.
Do i have to active the VGA port somehow? I checked BIOS but couldn't find anything. No matter if i hook up screens via DP or if i just connect a VGA device, it seems that the VGA port doesn't work.
But i guess it's not a broken port as i have the exact same issue with another thin client and a VGA screen i want to connect.
Thanks,
Andre
