Product: Hp Omen 870-244
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to boot to BIOS when holding or clicking F10. When i do so, I get stuck in the following screen as shown with that small random pixel.

After following those steps my bios ended up becoming this
