After upgrading the Front USB I/O module on my Z8 G4 from the entry level module to the Premium module with 2 USB-C ports (including purchasing the FIOP OcuLink cable ) I received a yellow warning in the USB Connector Managers section of Device Manager "UCM-UCSI ACPI Device Error 43". The Usb-C ports are working for mouse or keyboard inputs but video isn't being recognized and I don't have any device to test if the charging is working.. I have tried updating the driver, uninstalling the device, holding the power button down to clear the CMOS and reflashing the current BIOS, but the problem still persists. Also under the USB Connector Manager section in Device Manager there is a second entry of UCM-UCSI ACPI Device which is working normally and without any yellow warnings, I'm not sure if that is related to the Thunderbolt 3 card I already installed. Any help would be appreciated.

The error occurs because the driver has not installed correctly
UCM-UCSI ACPI Device Error 43
- remove all usb devices except for keyboard (if you are not proficient with kbd mouse shortcuts leave usb mouse attached)
- Open Device Manager (Use Task Bar search by typing Device Manager).
- Go to the USB Connector Managers and then hit drop down so UCM-UCSI ACPI Device appears.
- Right click over UCM-UCSI ACPI Device with the error, and hit Uninstall Device (If an option saying Delete with a check box appears next to it DO NOT check/tick the box! We only want to uninstall it not delete it!) Confirm the uninstall when it prompts ok to remove.
- Power down and and then restart your computer, (don't do a restart as it doesn't work just doing that)
- Go to Device Manager again and check if issue has been resolved
if that fails, download the HP cloud restore image and reload the original HP OS the system came with
make sure to download the restore image that has all of the HP drivers included

Thanks once again, I have tried uninstalling one of the UCM-UCSI ACPI devices present in USB Connector Manager but the yellow warning returns on reboot. I will now try uninstalling both and see if that fixes the problem.
