Recently wiped and loaded my HP Z820. As the title says I am now running Win 10 v1703 and all is well as far as the drivers go except I have two unknown device issues in device manager. The two appear to be the cause of my failing USB 2.0 ports. The four USB 3.0 ports are functioning. I would appreciate if someone had some insight on this issue. Or a link to download the drivers for this chipset. This is going to be an issue as we have a lot of these PC's in our environment.

stop trying to install a usb 2.0 driver, it does not exist support for usb 2.0 is baked into the OS itself
you have a
Intel(R) C600/X79 series chipset USB2 Enhanced Host Controller
try going into the bios power settings and disable "Fast Startup" then Reboot and see if this helps

Good suggestion if the BIOS had that option.

Maybe an updated BIOS has that option???
