You can also get one of these adapters cheaper through AliExpress or eBay, such as these examples: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3256801551504112.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.2c71ddf1cC2Mop&algo_..., and: https://www.ebay.com/itm/184384805984?hash=item2aee30dc60:g:53wAAOSwbj9eYzdU&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAAA4K....

The latest QuickSpecs for your Z2 G5 tower workstation is attached below, released earlier this month. There are two references to the internal USB2 port also mentioned in the Z2 G4 tower QuickSpecs... either it is lurking there on the motherboard somewhere we can't find or HP has leftover typos in their G5 document.
Just search the PDF copy I attached for "Internal" and you'll see the two I highlighted in yellow...

Hey Paul,
Thanks for the insight. I would need recommendation, so should I return the PCIe WiFi card and get the M.2 variant. Honestly I am very happy for the speeds I get from Ubit and only thing is I had to compromise on the Bluetooth, or should I just get the M.2 card and doest is perform similiar to a PCIe? Thank you.

Hi:
The kit that I posted for you should provide the same Wi-Fi performance and will have BT support without adding any cables.
The one you bought and the desktop kit I recommended for you on Amazon, India use the same model Intel AX210 Wi-Fi adapter.
