Product: Z4 G4 Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When setting up the fingerprint ID and the window "Touch the fingerprint sensor" shows, nothing happened even I touched or pressed the fingerprint sensor button.
The keyboard worked fine with another PC with the fingerprint sensor.

 

It says setting Intel Software Guard Extensions(SGX) in the BIOS to "Software Controlled" will solve the problem.
But I can not find this setting in the BIOS of Z4 G4 workstation.
