@pmpic61,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

I was never able to upgrade the TPM to 2.0 in my HP Z440 Workstation upgrade project: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Upgrading-an-HP-Z440-Workstatio..., and truth be told, you don't need TPM 2.0 anyway in order to upgrade to Windows 11.

There are a number of safe, effective and reliable methods that would allow you to run W11 on your PC anyway, such as this recent YouTube instructional video shows: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSrmhhigEhY&t=332s&ab_channel=Tips2Fix.

I have used this method as well as other methods on so-called "unsupported" hardware, and it works wonderful.

Kind Regards,
