I've answered this question several times previously, please use this forums "SEARCH" feature to read them

 

use the software of your choice to  scan the systems on your network and collect the found serials

 

then use the HP webpage for warranty check

 

and select the link for multiple serial uploads

 

HP accepts the list in several common formats
