Hey, everything was working fine with my laptop as I have been using it from few months. But One week ago I have just updated OS windows 10 and then my laptop start hanging and respond very slow. I have installed premium antiviruses and clean my storage but still it is very slow. Should I uninstall all the software that I Installed on my laptop for my website? Is there any other possibility?

@JamesAnderson11 -- if your computer is "slow", open the Windows Task Manager, and switch to its "Performance" tab. Is the CPU showing very busy (up to 100%) or mostly-idle (under 10%) ?
Is Windows using less than 60% of the available RAM, or closer to 100% ? If the latter, then more RAM will help.
Is the "network usage" high (megabits per second, or less than 50 kilobits per second? If so, there is some app on your computer that is using your network access.
Download, install, and run the free version of the SPECCY software.
Expand the "Storage" branch, and expand the "S.M.A.R.T." branch.
This latter branch will report on the "health" status of the disk-drive.
Do you see any yellow-coloured "warning" or red-coloured "fail" markers?
It could be your disk-drive that is starting to "fail". The only solution is to replace the disk-drive.
Note that if your computer is less than 12 months old, contact HP Support, and exercise the HP Warranty, for them to repair/replace it, at their expense.
