if your T755 thinclients were not bought with windows 10
then you will need to buy a upgrade to
Windows 11 IoT Enterprise 2024 LTSC direct from HP
- Check Current OS:Your HP Elite t755 thin client needs to be running Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2016 or a later version, or HP ThinPro 7.2 SP11 or a later version to be eligible for an upgrade to Windows 11 IoT Enterprise.
- Download the Image:Once you have the correct base operating system, you'll need to download the Windows 11 IoT Enterprise image from the HP website. To get an HP Windows 11 IoT Enterprise image, you can typically obtain itthrough Microsoft's Windows IoT Enterprise LTSC evaluation programor by contacting HP directly for their specific OEM images
- Installation:Follow the instructions provided by HP to install the Windows 11 IoT Enterprise image on your device.
- Hardware and Drivers:Be aware that systems may require upgraded and/or separately purchased hardware, drivers, software, or BIOS updates to take full advantage of Windows functionality.

currently Microsoft does not differentiate between windows 10/11 serial number activation they are interchangeable
the main issue with your model thinclient, has HP tested and approved it for win 11? if not then there is no official win 11 ISO image for you to download that will self activate
if not then your the guineapig on OS/Drivers validation the HP win 11 "IOT" image should install but i can't guarantee it will
using a Retail or LTSC "IOT" Win 11 image or a OEM version all of which use a serial for activation should also work depending on the clients installed ram/storage space
