First let me apologize to those of you out there that provided help. I'm sorry to say that HP's lousy page design is really at fault here. Your opinion might be different.

I just (finally) found the results pages I needed!  After selecting Windows and Windows 7 (64-bit) I got no results. When, out of desperation, I clicked on the blue "Change" button, I was directed to the result page I sought. Now, who in their right mind labeled that button "Change"? It would be far more intuitive if that button were labeled "Next."   In actual practice, NO button is neeeded. When one finishes selecting the OS type and OS specifics, the results page should show up. Instead there's that annoying sentence that says there are no results for this selection.

No wonder those pages are hard to negotiate for those that are not familiar with that labeling quirk. Of course, once you realize what was intended, even though obscure, it does indeed get you where you want to go.

Sorry again...

Dennis

It's OK!

Maybe "change" wasn't the best default label for that button... 🙂
The most important thing is that you found what you were looking for.
