z2 sff g4

Hello all,
I have been running into a weird issue on a handful of Z2s and want to get some opinions before it gets too far. We have a considerable number of Z2s (SFF G4) that have all been working great... It seems some of them are starting to die already and they are fairly new. Every single one has been the same issue, it will power on, get to the spinning windows circles and then shut off. Sometimes it says automatic repair and then shuts off. It WILL NOT stay on more than 30-45 seconds if attempting to boot from the drive. It WILL go to the BIOS no issue and sit there fine, it WILL boot from a USB and let me re-install Windows (to a new drive). After re-installing it is the same story, it will not boot. Original drives are all unrecognizable in anything I throw them in but were also all replacement SSDs. Boss is saying more equipment has died (almost all Z2s) in the year I have been here than in his 16 years total. Been in the industry for years and fixing PCs since I could pick up a keyboard, so I want to figure this out and not take the blame for something else that is going on. Please help if you can! I am going absolutely insane.

Current PC with issue has now become the 2nd that will not allow me to reinstall Windows. I tried a new drive, SATA port, SATA cord, new cord in original port, new PSU. Is the answer really just they don't make em like they used to?
