Greetings, I have around 300 of these devices at our school, and every single one of them has this exact same issue. We have the most current version of the bios installed (03.02.03), but every device is showing an "installation date of current bios" of 06/29/2022. These devices are constantly trying to reinstall the bios and getting stuck at a black screen after the first part of the application. After they get stuck, we have to unplug, wait, plug back in before they continue on with parts 2 and 3 of the bios update. This seems to happen weekly now, even with MIK HPAA settings no longer applying updates. Can you please provide recommendation to resolve? Students can't be expected to have to do this, and our Help Desk staff can't keep going around and manually doing this every week.
