since some days my workstation is waiting a very long and unusual time in the black BIOS boot screen.
If i still wait the system is booting and working fine. But i wonder if there's any problem with the bios ore something else.
To troubleshoot i wanted to update the BIOS but all i could find was HP Workstations ME Firmware Update and Utilities. This did something out of a cmd-windows but i don't think that the BIOS was updated.
It is still Hewlett-Packard J51 v01.09, 17.05.2011

Is there any help with this problem regarding

- maybe a link to latest BIOS
Thx in advance.

well - unfortunately i did not get any help or hint in this forum. But doing my own investigations i found out , that there's something in common with "bitlocker / TPM / Config Password".
I removed the Bitlocker Encryption from my HDD, disabled the config password and the TPM.
The machine did some strange things directly after that by booting / rebooting ....
But at the end the system is like it was before.
So i guess the problem could be in the context of the tpm.
Maybe this can help someone else in the same situation.
