Help, I took things out, cleaned the pc, put everything back in neatly, cables connected correctly. Now I get one low beep of about 2 seconds, and one red led flash for same length of time as the beep. Help! What could the issue be? Is it the bios?
Nothing has changed, but the thing won't power up now 😭

I've rechecked all the connectors, the ram and everything else, still same issue, I've even done a hard power off, the only thing I've not done is take the CMOS battery out and pressed the reset switch.
Would that help?

well obviously you "DID" change/miss something is this a SFF or minitower model?
do you have only onboard video or a add-in video card?
two beeps is usually a memory related error
which ram slots are filled with what size modules?
each memory Chanell (two dimm slots) must have matching dimm modules installed
each channel is colored different and is either black or grey
