So a couple years back I got a z400 workstation wit a little bit of gaming modification in it from my uncle and its a great pc for the most part. I can run basically most games out there for having a 970 nvidia graphics card . At the time I believe it was running off of windows 7 so I decided I would like to upgrade to broaden my area of ganming and my friend said that he had a windows 10 hard drive that I could then boot on to my system. I did it and it worked and it seems just like any other windows but however looking into my files and seeing all these random files of a boot up for windows ten using it almost like a mask or fake version of windows. It also robbed me off more than 500+ gigs of space that I need for my gaming. It worked very well but recently it cut me out of whatever game I was playing and brought me to a screen saying that my windows was corrupted and needed to be repaired by using the disc I got windows from. I got a usb hard drive from Walmart with 64 gigs on it. Came home and went to the Microsoft website to download windows 11 onto my drive to then put it on my pc and hopefully repair it which should be ready for me to boot onto my pc. however it’s not popping up on my bios or boot up screen where I get to choose where I want to boot up from and jus to me it starting to seem like all hope is lost I want to keep this pc and game on it as long as I can before I have to buy a new one which will take a long time. Please if anyone can help me figure this out to find a solution im open for any answers. I’m desperate at this point. I also cannot move past the boot up screen where I can find the boot menu and other f+ keys for options

your system does not meet the official requirements for windows 11 in regards to CPU and TPM revisions
however there are several ways to bypass these checks and allow win 11 to install on non supported hardware
download the official windows 11 ISO image (not the usb key one!)
https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
then get "RUFUS" and it will allow you to read the MS ISO and create a bootable win 11 install USB key that no longer checks for the cpu or TPM revision.
also for your z400 which is not UEFI compatible , select CSM format not GPT in rufus
