I already connect 6, but can I connect 7 or 8?
Yes you can. Buy a SATA Controller Card and you will have more SATA ports. I bought this one: https://www.startech.com/Cards-Adapters/HDD-Controllers/SATA-Cards/2-Port-PCI-Express-SATA-6-Gbps-eS...
Also, if you have more PCIe slots aviable you can look at PCIe storage units.

Can I have a 5tB Hard Drive? the Specs tell me that the max is 3Tb, but is factory related part.

I am pretty sure that you can. I have a 4TB HDD attached to my card in Windows 10 Pro 64-bit without issues. 🙂
