HP Recommended

I am still looking for a solution.

I get absolutely no response from turning  the system on except the DVD drive moving and the fans  pump up after a minute or so.

 

  I would think there is a way to use a standalone method to rebouild the Bios, using some sort of stand alone programming device, but I don't know where to go.

 

Above using an external programmer was mentioned .  I have worked with such in the past but I would need some king of tutorial to get it done.
