HP Recommended

I have to think it's the processor. Different bios settings did not help here, eg. swithing Intel Management Engine off did not help. Tried with Linux (Ubuntu 19.10) and it hangs after a while (after 3-15 min), so it's not windows acting up. Original E5-1630 v3 hums inside there now. Continued the return process with the seller.
