I'm trying to update my z440 to TPM 2.0. I have been trying to run the software but the TPM doesn't change.
I ran the software from here
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87753.exe
everything seems to work fine
Then I get a warning in the bios:
press F1 both times.
but when I check back in windows or in the bios, its still TPM 1.2
here is the log:

Is bitlocker enabled?
GPT volume?
Here is a Blog to take a read of which might help. I hope you have some familiarity with Powershell useage.

Hi, thank you. I followed those instructions and still no luck. My boot drive and where the tpm upgrade files are located is GPT formatted and bios is set to Secure Boot. I’m running Windows 10. Any other thoughts? Thank you!

I have asked HP internally about this and so far the response has been crickets.
