I have a HP Z620 with dual e5-2690 v1 processors. I updated the bios and it does have the 03/06/2013 boot block date. I installed 2 E5-2680 v2 processors and they appear to work fine. However, device manager has a whole list of "Base System Device" and a couple "System Interrupt Controller" listed now as not having a driver installed.
Hardware ID in the device manager is: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0E20&SUBSYS_158A103C&REV_04
The CPU specs I am using are:
- (x2) Intel Xeon E5-2680 v2, 10 core
- Family 6, Model E, Stepping 4
- Ext. Family 6, Ext. Model 3E, Revision M0/M1
I am unable to find a softpaq that seems to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Problem resolved:
Downloaded an older version of the Intel Server Chipset Driver intel_chipset_win_10.1.17903.8106_pv.zip. Expanded the files, then just "Browse my computer for drivers" 14 times. All cleared up.
Most of the devices identified as versions of this:
"Intel(R) Xeon(R) E7 v2/Xeon(R) E5 v2/Core i7 Crystal Beach DMA Channel 0 - 0E20"
