HP Recommended

We have a HP Z820 in conjunction with a Zeiss AxioObserver microscope. Already been in contact with Zeiss about a hardware breakdown in the computer. Now I need a quote for the repair part, which will require providing a lot of serial numbers and details so I don't want to do it over the phone. Support pages keep sending me in circles. How do I contact HP Germany by email or written form?

go to the HP german web page, and click on the contact us or support links found on the bottom of the page

go to a German HP authorised service/repair center

 

starting a support ticket via speaking with a HP rep first is highly recommended, as they can create a support ticket after verifying warranty status and since ALL z820's are now out of warranty and extended support you will have to pay for support

 

once the support case is created you can add details to it by sending the text file with details to the HP rep to add to the open ticket
