HP Recommended

no, all modern computers when running multiple physical cpu's require all cpu's to be the same

 

and some systems still require the cpu's "SPEC" codes to also match

(the later bios's for the z800/820 removed this requirement)

and the z840, and the newer "z" series workstations never had this restriction
