Product: z840
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Z840 with dual 2695v4 and 256g ram.

Trying to upgrade from TPM 1.2 to 2.0 and the IFX Version is showing as 4.43 1.2 in Security Processor details and TPM Management. None of the firmware updates support that old of a firmware to start.

This was the link I was looking to find. Thank you. 

After running this, it says it updated and upon reboot it asked to confirm reboots again asks to confirm again reboots normally. But it has not updated from 1.2 to 2.0. 

I have done this process three times with the same result.

try entering the BIOS deactivate the TPM, reboot and then activate the TPM.
