Product: Z840

Hi, I have an Hp Z840 workstation,  I replaced the board and now I'm having a 2 beep error.  

 

This is supposed to be a thermal error but I've tested the fans as all spin briefly before being shut down, then it beeps twice.  Also used thermal paste on both processors. 

 

Any help is appreciated,  thanks.
