Some of the 710 and 730 are designed with large heat sinks and do not need a fan. Make sure the low profile card comes with the low profile bracket. If buying a used card the seller may have discarded the low profile bracket.
The 710 is a large improvement over the HD 2000 or 3000 graphics and the 730 card even better. It is likely that the HD internal graphics will be automatically disabled when the gt 710 is installed. If you add a second monitor it probably will not work with the built in HD graphics.
I recommend you set the idle speed of the CPU fan up in the bios and get a temperature sensing application like tthrottle as there is no case fan and the CPU fan is the only fan that can create air flow in that back corner of the case
If you get a used card that includes a fan it is likely that fan will wear out quickly and you may have trouble obtaining a replacement fan that fits exactly
With a simple heat sink one can always improvise and attach a small fan using screws, cable ties, copper tape, etc if necessary
There is a video here that show one way how to cool a gt 710 card that has no fan. Note that the card is low profile but does not have a low profile bracket.

Hi, @adam50008
Let me just add that the 8200 Elite does have a BIOS setting where you can enable the onboard graphics when you install a PCIe x16 graphics card if you need that option.
It works on W7 just fine, but if you upgrade to W10, it will not.
