Hi @Kamakhya,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To obtain the authorization code for your HP all-in-one desktop to list it on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, you typically need to follow these steps:

Register on GeM Portal:

  • Go to the GeM portal website (https://gem.gov.in/) and register as a seller if you haven't already done so.

Listing Process:

  • Log in to your GeM seller account.
  • Navigate to the section where you can list products for sale.

Product Details:

  • Enter the details of your HP all-in-one desktop, including model number, specifications, condition (new or used), and any additional information required by GeM.

Authorization Code:

  • During the listing process on GeM, you may be prompted to provide an authorization code or certificate for the product.
  • For HP products, especially for electronics, GeM may require you to provide a certificate of authenticity or authorization from HP.

Contact HP Support:

  • To obtain the specific authorization code or certificate required by GeM, contact HP Support.
  • Provide them with the details of your HP all-in-one desktop (serial number, model number, etc.), and request an authorization certificate or code for selling the product on GeM.

Upload Certificate to GeM Portal:

  • Once you receive the authorization code or certificate from HP, upload it to the GeM portal as part of the product listing process.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
