According to your screenshot on another post you made, you have an Elitedesk 800 G3 business desktop PC.

 

Try this version of the IMEI driver...

You need to install the Intel Host Embedded Controller Interface (HECI) Driver.

 

Can you please provide to us your laptop mocel/ SN and Windows OS?
