Z240
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have been using an Asus M.2 PCI X16 card on a Z240 for several months with a Samsung Nvme M.2 evo 970 ssd plus 500GB. It works fine but when I add more, they are not recognized by Windows 10. Any idea what the problem is? Thanks for your help.IMG_20201220_140808.jpg

unless the z240 bios supports bifurcation (splitting the x16 slot into two x8 or four x4) your asus card will not work with more than one SSD

visit the asus site for compatible motherboards
