do you perchance really mean the HP T730 ThinClient?

 

if so you can download the HP T730 specific windows 10 "iot" restore image from the HP site using the HP ThinImage software (you usually run this on a different computer)

to run the normal retail win 10, you will need to upgrade the ram to at least 12GB total and replace the internal 16GB SATA SSD with a 240GB or larger M.2 based "SATA" SSD
